Individual Portrait Study
Ellie Boyd is a portrait artist living in Southbury who has offered to paint a head & shoulders portrait of someone special, based on a live sitting and supporting photographs.  The finished product will be a 12" square oil painting on a white board, which can be hung on the wall or sit nicely on a shelf or tabletop easel. With photo references, she will complete a portrait study which will focus on line, value, and form.  The process is fun, and the painting is sure to be a family heirloom!
